Craftsmanship Guarantee:
As a dedicated custom sign manufacturer, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. While we utilize advanced machinery to assist in production, each sign is meticulously crafted by hand to meet our high standards and your specific needs.

We stand behind our work with a 1-year craftsmanship guarantee. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship that may arise under normal usage conditions within the first year from the date of installation or delivery. If an issue related to our craftsmanship occurs within this period, we will repair or replace the affected part at no cost to you.

Materials Disclaimer:
While we work with reputable vendors and high-quality materials, we do not directly manufacture the raw materials used in our products. Material performance can vary based on project type, mixed materials, and environmental factors such as sunlight, weather exposure, and general wear and tear. Therefore, our guarantee does not cover issues related to material degradation due to these factors.

Limitations of the Guarantee:
-
This guarantee applies strictly to craftsmanship-related defects.
-
It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper installation (if not performed by us), misuse, neglect, vandalism, or natural disasters.
-
Environmental wear, fading, or material breakdown beyond normal expectations is not covered.

Industry Standard Durability:
While our formal guarantee is limited to one year, our products are designed and built to last. In practice, our signs often exceed this timeframe, with many lasting 3+ years, and traditional signs enduring 7+ years under proper care and conditions.

Implied Agreement:
By purchasing from us, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms. Requests for repairs or replacements beyond the 1-year guarantee period will be considered a new service and may incur additional costs.

Annual Maintenance Recommendation
To ensure the longevity and optimal appearance of your sign, we recommend regular maintenance, including cleaning and inspections. While not mandatory, adhering to a maintenance schedule can prevent potential issues and is advisable for all signage products.

Thank you for choosing us as your signage partner. We are committed to delivering durable, high-quality signs tailored to your vision and business needs.

At Atlas Signs LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality signage solutions with professionalism and respect for every customer. To ensure clarity and manage expectations, we have established the following Service Agreement Policy.
Project Timeline Overview

Our standard project timeline is communicated as:

1. Project Agreement
-
A signed project agreement or approval of the final quote is required to initiate the process.

2. Deposit/Payment Receipt
-
Projects under $500 must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
-
Projects over $500 require payment for total production costs upfront. For example, a $1,200 project with $400 installation costs requires $800 upfront, with the remaining $400 due on the day of installation, subject to the Late Payment Policy.
-
Upon request, customers can opt for a standard 50% deposit and 50% payment at project completion. "Completion of project" is defined in two stages: manufacturing and installation.
-
Atlas Signs LLC offers custom payment plans upon request. Customers are required to provide ACH or other auto-payment information. For example, a $12,000 project could be structured as a $4,000 deposit, $4,000 at installation, and $1,000 per month for 4 months.

3. Final Design Approval
-
Customers may take as long as needed to review and approve final design proofs, without being rushed. Proofs are provided at no additional cost.
-
Any requested design changes after approval may reset the production timeline. Last-minute design requests, such as re-painting or re-sizing, may cause delays.

4. Permit Approvals (if applicable)
Atlas Signs LLC offers three permit service packages:
-
Type 1 (Free): We provide all sign paperwork to the client and assist with filling out forms, but the client files the permit.
-
Type 2 ($499): We oversee the process, directly file the permit, and handle all forms related to "express sign permits."
-
Type 3 ($699): We handle the final inspection appointment. An additional $200 fee applies if a sign architect is required to go to the job site and wait for the inspector.

In all cases, the customer assumes liability for all fees requested by the city office as part of the permitting process.

Production Timeline Details:
Once all the above conditions are met, the project enters the production phase, and the 7 business day timeline begins. Customers typically have 1-3 days to observe the production process in person.

Non-Payment Policy:
Atlas Signs LLC adheres to professional industry standards regarding missed payments, as outlined in our Late Fee Policy. Late payments may result in late fees and project holds.

Project Auto-Cancellation:
Projects will be automatically closed after 180 days of no communication or failure to proceed with due payments. Signs will be discarded, and payments made will be forfeited for the project value at the time of cancellation. Surplus amounts will be refunded, while deficits will be billed with an additional $200 cancellation fee, subject to the Late Fee Policy.

Communication and Updates:
We provide project updates at major milestones or whenever requested. Customers can contact the front office anytime via email or phone for updates or visit the office on a walk-in basis during normal business hours to discuss concerns with upper management.

Scope Changes and Delays:
If the project scope changes due to site surveys, city ordinances, or other reasons, the customer assumes responsibility for any cost differences. Last-minute design changes may extend project timelines.

Warranties and Guarantees:
Atlas Signs LLC offers a 1-year craftsmanship guarantee. No other warranties or guarantees are provided beyond this period.
Installation Approvals:
Installation is considered approved on the day of work. Customers must be present if they wish to provide input; otherwise, decisions will be made based on project proposals or by the installation team’s best judgment. Project proposals outline project size, materials, colors, power requirements, and installation details.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes between Atlas Signs LLC and the customer, except for small claims, must be resolved through individual binding arbitration with a class action waiver. Arbitration will be conducted in person at our office with company ownership present, upon appointment.

Acknowledgment:
By engaging in business with Atlas Signs LLC, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement Policy. This policy is binding as part of any service contract entered into with our company.

At Atlas Signs LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality signage with accurate colors and durable materials. To ensure transparency and manage customer expectations, we have established the following policy regarding color accuracy and material limitations.

Color Accuracy Disclaimer:
-
Design proofs are provided to customers via email for review and approval. However, due to variations in screen settings, lighting conditions, and display technologies, colors may appear differently on digital devices compared to the final printed product.
-
Our printers are professionally calibrated to industry standards to ensure consistent and accurate color reproduction. Despite these measures, slight color variations may occur between digital proofs and the physical product.
-
Customer Responsibility: Customers are welcome to visit our office in person to review color samples and proofs before final production. If a customer chooses not to review in person, they acknowledge and accept the risk of minor color discrepancies.
-
Atlas Signs LLC prints files as provided and approved by the customer. Issues related to file resolution, image quality, or design elements in customer-provided files are not the responsibility of Atlas Signs LLC. Customers are responsible for providing high-quality, print-ready files. Once approved, changes cannot be made without potentially resetting the production timeline and incurring additional costs.

Proofing Policy:
-
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of their design proofs. This includes checking all aspects of the artwork, such as colors, text, wording, spelling, grammar, font sizes, placement, orientation, and overall design layout.
-
By approving the design proof, the customer confirms their satisfaction with the artwork and acknowledges that it is accurate and ready for production.
-
Post-Approval Changes: Once a design is approved, any requests for modifications will be considered a new job request or may incur additional costs. Atlas Signs LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Vinyl Printing Material Limitations:
-
Standard Vinyl: All vinyl printing projects are subject to fading over time when exposed to sunlight. This is a natural occurrence due to UV exposure and environmental factors.
-
Calendared Vinyl: This material offers greater longevity and better resistance to fading compared to standard vinyl. However, it is not completely fade-proof and will still experience gradual fading over extended exposure to sunlight.

Paint Color Matching Policy:
-
Customers are responsible for providing exact paint codes for any color-specific requests. Atlas Signs LLC will color match to the best of our ability, but we are not responsible for the final color results.
-
Customers are welcome to inspect and approve the selected paint color before it is applied. If the customer authorizes the use of a specific color, they acknowledge and accept that the results are final.
-
Our color matching process tends to be accurate to about 95%. However, matching paint is inherently challenging, and variations can occur due to factors such as differences in substrate composition, surface texture, and finish smoothness.
-
Industry Standard Limitations: Paint may appear differently on various materials, and such variations are considered standard within the industry.

Artwork Ownership and Trademark Agreement:
-
All artwork, designs, and creative materials produced by Atlas Signs LLC are the sole property of Atlas Signs LLC and are subject to trademark agreements. We retain full ownership of all designs we create, including but not limited to logos, custom graphics, layouts, and digital proofs.
-
Customers are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Atlas Signs LLC-created artwork without prior written consent.

Acknowledgment:
-
By approving a design proof and proceeding with an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent limitations related to color accuracy, material durability, and file resolution.
-
Customers requesting vinyl printing understand the material's natural tendency to fade over time, particularly when exposed to direct sunlight.
-
Customers submitting their own files understand they must provide high-resolution, print-ready artwork. Atlas Signs LLC is not responsible for issues arising from low-quality or improperly formatted files.
-
Customers acknowledge their responsibility for reviewing all aspects of the proof and understand that post-approval modifications may incur additional costs.
-
Customers understand that color variations in paint applications are subject to industry-standard limitations, and Atlas Signs LLC is not responsible for discrepancies once the customer has approved the paint selection.
